We know pets are part of the family. As partners in your pet’s care, we focus on education and prevention to ensure your fur babies live long, happy, healthy lives. Holliday Veterinary Hospital has built a reputation of establishing long-standing, loyal relationships with clients, founded on knowledge, compassion and dedicated service.

Dr. Amanda Gordon

Dr. Amanda Gordon purchased Holliday Veterinary Hospital in January 2025. Dr. Gordon has extensive experience in both general and emergency medicine and has a keen interest in surgery and ophthalmology. Dr. Gordon appreciates that veterinary medicine may take many forms, from providing gold standard treatments learned through continuing professional development, to simply lending an ear while offering advice and clarity. When she is not at the clinic, Dr. Gordon might be found cuddling with her bunnies or frolicking in her cherished garden with her beloved flock of hens. Dr. Gordon is thrilled to be a part of the Cambridge community and can’t wait to meet your family!

Dr. Daniel Minardi

Dr. Daniel Minardi graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2021 and joined our team the same year. He has a keen interest in small animal internal medicine and surgery. In his off time he enjoys going camping, hiking and portaging and continues a love/hate relationship with the Toronto Maple Leafs hockey team.

Courtney, RVT

Courtney graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at St. Clair College in 1995, became registered the same year, and maintains her registered veterinarian technician status. She joined our team as an RVT in June 2017. Courtney loves the outdoors, especially hiking with her Golden Retriever Ruby and German Shepherd Nora. Bootsie, her senior cat, wisely waits out the hiking antics in the comfort of her home.

Becky, RVT

Becky graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at St. Clair College in 1990, became registered the same year. She likes to play Ringette and Softball and spending time with her animal population at home which consists of horses, dogs, cats, chickens, and pigs. Becky has been a puppy raiser for the national service dogs of Canada and has raised 3 litters for them.

Amanda, RVT

Amanda graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at Ridgetown in 2013, became registered the same year and maintains her registered status. In her spare time she enjoys working in her garden and spending time with her Whippet, Tulip, and cat, Obi.

Miriam, RVT

Miriam graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at Ridgetown in 2020, became registered the same year and maintains her registered status. In her spare time she enjoys going for walks and reading with her kitty, Roo.

Nikole, RVT

Nikole graduated from the Seneca College Veterinary Technician program in 2016. She became a registered veterinary technician the same year, and retains registered status. In her spare time Nikole enjoys taking care of her small zoo at home. She has a Shepherd-Husky cross named Ivee, 4 male cats; Malachai, Remy, Spot, and Wendel, an albino hedgehog named Heath, a corn-snake named Elliot and a tank full of fish. She also enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.

Tracy, Client Care

Tracy has been a veterinary technician for over 20 years, with most of her career spent in emergency medicine. This background has given her exceptional skills in triage, communication, and patient care, all of which she now brings to her role on our client care team. Her ability to stay calm under pressure and explain complex situations clearly helps clients feel supported and informed. She is also the proud owner of two Boxers and a Chihuahua, and in her free time enjoys taking them on hiking and camping adventures.

Hayley, Client Care

Hayley is a compassionate and dedicated veterinary receptionist with a natural gift for caring for both animals and people. Known for her warmth and patience, Hayley creates a comforting environment for pets and their owners, ensuring they feel supported through every step of their visit. Hayley grew up on a farm loving and caring for a variety of animals. She has many years of experience in the veterinary field as a both a VA and receptionist. Her attentive nature, sense of humor, and genuine kindness allow her to connect easily with clients and provide excellent support to the entire veterinary team. In her free time, Hayley enjoys keeping strong with CrossFit, spending time with her dogs Forrest & Cora and exploring new local coffee shops!
